Additional Information:2013- "This one-and-one-half-story, side-gabled, Cape Cod house is sheathed with aluminum. The first floor features a central entrance with modest pilaster trim that is flanked to either side by a single bay window with three multiple-light windows, the center being six-over-six and the outer windows being four-over-four. A pair of gabled roof dormers is joined at the center and each carries a six-over-six-light sash. Windows throughout the remainder of the house are six-over-six-light, wooden sashes that are arranged singly and in pairs.

Located in Wurster Subdivision, this house was built circa 1933. Deed information is not clear and the original owner remains unknown. As of 1964, the house was owned by Harold Ziebell."
