Bibliographic References:Assessor's information cites a 1915 date of construction. As of the 1915 Milwaukee city directory, the Hosts were living in the house. A citation in the American contractor, dated 1 March 1913, p87 indicates that C.W. Valentine prepared plans for W.F. Host, 54 x 32 feet, house in East Milwaukee. Unverified if it is the same house that was built.
