NOTES
Additional Information:A 'site file' titled "Northeast Shorewood Historic District" exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. 2022: Upper floor stucco; Appearance unchanged.
Bibliographic References:Assessor's information cites a 1925 date of construction; however, the Muellers were living at this address as of 1924 and based on the permit date--12 April 1923--the house was likely completed in 1923. Permits (dated 27 May 2005) also indicate that the original garage was razed in 2005 and replaced with the attached garage with two levels above.
