| Additional Information: | This one-story, hip-roofed Contemporary residence exhibits an ell-shaped plan and appears to date to ca. 1955. The house rests on a poured concrete foundation and asphalt shingles cover the roof. The house displays a cutaway entrance, a broad endwall stone chimney, and a built-in planter. Original picture windows flanked by slender casements, as well as hopper windows placed high in the wall, light the house. In 2014, this house is for sale as part of a commercial development parcel (unrelated to any state or federal project) and likely will be demolished. |
