NOTES
Additional Information:This was the only Waukesha home on the 1964 Parade of Homes. It was identified as among the more contemporary Split-Level designs in the Parade and had a price tag of $31,900, plus land. While the home appears to retain a good degree integrity, a comparison with a 1964 newspaper image indicates that the gable over the garage was entirely comprised of windows all the way to the roofline, where board infill is now located.
Bibliographic References:Permit dated 16 April 1964, cost $23,000. Robert Greenwaldt, Greenwaldt Builders, builder. "Hill Home," Parade of Homes, 1964, advertisement in MS 17 July 1964, page 9. Owner in 1968: Dr. Timothy McDonald
