| Additional Information: | 2014- "This 1-story Minimal Traditional cottage was constructed c.1940. It is irregular in plan with aluminum and stone veneer walls and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The front elevation faces west and is asymmetrical in plan with a front-gabled bay at the northern end. The center of the façade contains a projecting front-gabled entry bay with stone veneered walls. The southern slope of the entry bay is longer than the northern and a small single-pane window is located in the façade just south of the front door.
