Bibliographic References:Permit dated 1 February 1939; cites Helen Weber as the owner and the cost as $5,000. Helen was a daughter of John Weber, who lived at 402 Prospect. L.H. Van Alstine is noted as the contractor. A one-story addition to the rear was completed in 1952 (permit dated 29 May 1952), contractor cited as Albert Zuler. in 1994, a kitchen addition was completed.
