NOTES
Additional Information:2014- This Front Gabled house was constructed in 1925. It is rectangular in plan with vinyl siding and an asphalt-shingled gable
roof. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in plan due to uneven fenestration across the first story. The
front door is sheltered by a cantilevered gable roof. With the exception of a small single-pane window below the gable,
windows throughout the house are 1-over-1 with decorative shutters; all appear to be modern replacements.

The building is in good condition, but retains a relatively low degree of integrity due to the
replacement of all original windows and the replacement or covering of the original wall material with vinyl siding.
Because of its diminished integrity, the house is not an especially good representative of Front Gable vernacular
architecture. In addition, as a vernacular building, the house does not possess a high degree of architectural interest or
distinction.
