| Additional Information: | 2014- "This 1 ½ story Side Gabled house was constructed c.1925. It is irregular in plan with stone veneered walls and a side-gable roof. The front elevation faces northwest and is asymmetrical in plan with an off-center front door. The door is sheltered by a small entry porch with a shed roof and simple wood supports. South of this are two 8-over-8 windows with stone lintels. The front roof slope contains two front-gabled dormers, each of which contains a 6-over-6 window.
