Additional Information: | A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. The oldest part of the barn is of sandstone construction with vertical boards in the gables and an asphalt-shingled roof. A shed-roof mass was added to the northeast elevation and, more recently, a large gabled mass has been added to the southwest elevation. Resources associated with the John Mann House include the house (#4631), barn (#227875), shed (#227876), small animal building (#227877), and two privies (#227878 and #227879). |
