NOTES
Additional Information:This 2-story Commercial Vernacular building was constructed in 1909. It is irregular in plan with brick and stone veneered
walls and a stepped parapet along the front roofline. The first story is clad in stone veneer and contains two single-pane
fixed-sash windows and a recessed doorway. The second story contains three 2-over-2 windows with arched brick
crowns. A single-pane round window is located in the center of the wall just below the roofline. A date stone is located
directly above this.

The building is in good condition, but retains a relatively low degree of integrity due to the
loss of the shop windows and the covering of the first story with stone veneer. Because of its diminished integrity
(specifically, the loss of its character-defining shop windows), the building is not a particularly fine representative of
Commercial Vernacular architecture.

This building has not been previously surveyed. A new AHI record was created.
