This one-and-one-half-story bungalow was constructed c.1920. It is of frame construction, is sheathed in clapboard, and rests on a stucco-covered foundation. The low-pitched side-gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves, a simple cornice, and interior brick chimney. A gable dormer clad in wood shake shingles is centered on the front (east) facade. A cutaway porch spans the length of the front facade, is clad in clapboard, and has three-over-one, double-hung sash windows. A bay window is located on the side (south) elevation. The remaining windows are replacement one-over-one, double-hung sash and casement.
