The American Legion Post 67 hamburger stand was constructed c.1953. It is a narrow, one-story vernacular building with an asymmetrical front (east) facade consisting of an entryway and service window with glass block below. It has a flat roof with a flared shed roof parapet covered in standing seam metal, an overhanging eave that shelters the entrance door and service window, and a cornice nameplate.
