This 1 1/2 story Craftsman bungalow was constructed c.1915. It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and an asphalt-shingled
gable roof with wide overhanging eaves, wood brackets, and exposed rafter ends. The front elevation faces east
and is symmetrical in plan with a massive, front-gabled porch spanning the facade. The porch has features brick half-walls
and tapered brick pedestals that support pairs of square wooden columns. The porch roof has wide overhanging
eaves, exposed rafter ends, and wooden brackets below the gable. The face of the gable is clad in wood shingles and
displays a pattern of vertical wood slats across its base. Inside the porch is a single front door and two pairs of multi-pane
casement windows. The door is fully glazed with multiple panes in a wooden frame; both pairs of casement windows
feature geometric patterned upper panes with a larger single pane below.
