Additional Information: | This 2-story Colonial Revival house was constructed c.1910. It is rectangular in plan with painted aluminum siding and an asphalt-shingled side-gabled roof. The front elevation faces east and is symmetrical in plan with a slightly recessed central front door. The door is sheltered by a shed-roofed projection of the main roofline with large, curved brackets at each end and simple rectangular modillions along the front edge. Four-pane sidelights flank the front door and a small stoop provides access. Each side of the front door recess contains a bank of three double-hung windows (narrow 9-over- 1 windows at the outside and a wider 12-over-1 window at the center). The second story contains a wide, shed-roofed dormer that contains three pairs of 6-over-1 windows. Simple rectangular modillions run along the underside of the dormer roofline. Two red brick chimneys project from the main roof. |
