Additional Information: | This 2-story Queen Anne house was constructed c.1900. It is irregular in plan with asbestos siding and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The front elevation faces north and is asymmetrical in plan with a central, projecting front-gabled building mass flanked by side-gabled masses. A shed-roofed front porch is located in the western ell; the porch has paired column supports that rest on squared wooden piers. The first story of the front-gabled mass contains cutaway bay windows at each corner with decorative "gingerbread" detailing in each overhang. Windows throughout the building are 1- over-1 double-hung and feature newer wood shutters with cutout crescents. Patterned wood shingles are located in each gable end. |
