Additional Information: | October 2014 - This one-story industrial building was constructed in the late 1950s for Air-Lec Industries, a manufacturer of door operators. It has a modern box-like form and features a concrete foundation, brick-clad exterior, and continuous ribbon of steel-frame windows with concrete sills that wraps around the entire building. The primary (south) facade has two at-grade entry doors sheltered by metal flat-roof canopies. The front of the property is neatly landscaped with a large lawn and plantings. There are no alterations or additions of note, and Air-Lec Industries continues to occupy the building. March 2018 - appearance unchanged since 2014 |
