Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation-Public History. Home of Casper Fluor- President of Fluor Brothers Construction Company & Vice President of Peoples Brewing Co. (both in Oshkosh). The home was built by the company. There are multiple wood planks in the house with stenciled writing “Fluor Bros Const. Oshkosh, Wis.” House number used to be 103 Grove until 1957 address change in Oshkosh made it 617. Prior to aluminum siding in 1970s, there used to be knee braces and the home had earthy color tone. Still has original partially paned front entry door.
