| Additional Information: | One of four houses were constructed as investment property by Milton and Marcella Prange within the River Heights Subdivision, which the couple platted in 1955. Milton Prange died in 1962 and Marcella married Eugene Hellmer in 1968. In addition to maintaining ownership of the subject property, the Hellmers also worked as realtors with the Gottsacker Real Estate Company of Sheboygan. Eugene died in 1998. See AHI 229293-229295. 2013- "This five-acre parcel contains under the master property address of N6237 River Heights Drive four austere, Ranch-style houses with individual mailing addresses: 229292, 229293, 229294 and 229295. House #1 (N6247: AHI 229292) is a one-story building that rests on a concrete-block foundation and is covered with wide board siding and has a one-car garage attached to the eastern endwall. Paneled sheet siding with a board-and-batten appearance occupies the upper pmt of the facade to the right (east) of the main entrance. A picture window flanked by four-light casement windows pierces the wall to the doorway's left. Other fenestration generally is original, horizontally oriented, two-over-two, double-hung sashes with horizontal muntins. These four houses were constructed as investment property by Milton and Marcella Prange within the River Heights Subdivision, which the couple platted in 1955. Milton Prange died in 1962 and Marcella married Eugene Hellmer in 1968. In addition to maintaining ownership of the subject propetty, the Hellmers also worked as realtors with the Gottsacker Real Estate Company of Sheboygan.
