| Additional Information: | This house was constructed within the River Heights Subdivision, which was platted in 1955 by Milton and Marcella Prange. 2013- "This one-story, Contempormy-style house is sheathed with brick and features a flat roof pierced by a wide, brick chimney. A two-car garage served by a single overhead door is positioned on the right (west) side. A flat overhang protects the main (north) elevation, which is defined by a central entrance with a five-light picture casement window unit on the right and a horizontal sliding window to the left. This house was constructed in circa 1960 within the River Heights Subdivision, which was platted in 1955 by Milton and Marcella Prange.
