NOTES
Additional Information:2014- "The Westover Mill warehouse building was constructed c.1922. The frame structure has a rectangular footprint, concrete foundation, front gable roof with exposed rafter tails, and a false, or Boomtown, front with a stepped parapet. The exterior is mostly sheathed with pressed metal sheets, apart from the north (side) elevation, which is covered in corrugated metal. The symmetrical facade features a central pair of wood panel doors flanked on each side by a pair of windows; the window pair to the north of the doorway is one-over-one wood sash, while the pair to the south is six-over-six wood sash. The words “Westover Mill, 1922-1967” are painted on the gable front, and the entire south (side) elevation is a painted advertisement for flour. Historically, the facade may have also included a wood platform, but one is not currently present."
