2014- "This two-story American Foursquare house was constructed c.1915. It is veneered with brick, and asphalt shingles cover the hip roof. Windows are three-over-one and four-over-one, wood, double-hung sash in paired and single configurations. A soldier brick belt course divides the upper and lower story, and an exterior brick chimney is located on the west (side) elevation. A small hip roof entry porch with brick supports is centered on the front (north) facade beneath a central hip roof dormer with a band of four small three-light fixed windows. A hip roof porch with brick supports and balustrade spans the side (east) elevation, accessed from the north end. An exterior stair provides access to a modern second-story wood deck on the south (rear) elevation."
