Additional Information: | 2014: This one-and-one-half-story gable ell farmhouse was constructed c.1880. It is sheathed in clapboard siding, rests on a coursed stone foundation, and the gable roof is covered in asphalt shingles. The main block has two interior brick chimneys and a smaller one-story wing extending from the south (rear) elevation has a third. A porch spans the ell on the front (north) facade and a shed roof porch spans the rear wing’s east elevation. Both porches have square wood replacement posts. Windows are a combination of two-over-two and one-over-one, wood, double-hung sash. The property also contains one c.1920 outbuilding (AHI# 229633) that appears to function as a barn, garage, and farm stand. |
