Additional Information: | The newly inventoried house is a single story Ranch appearing to date to ca. 1960. It has a generally rectangular footprint with a slightly recessed attached garage on the east elevation. The house is oriented to the south. The hipped roof has a shallow pitch, wide eaves, and asphalt shingles. The walls are clad in random ashlar stone veneer. A stone chimney rises from the roof ridge on the western end of the house, while a second battered stone chimney is located on the south fas;ade, intersected the eave adjacent to the front entrance. A stone knee wall with a concrete cap demarcates a concrete stoop by the chimney and front door. The windows consist of pairs or ribbons of steel or aluminum casement windows. Each window includes a concrete sill. |
