| Additional Information: | This one-and-a-half-story house has a front gable asphalt shingle roof, is clad in vinyl siding, and rests on a concrete covered foundation. There is a large shed roof dormer window on the western roof elevation, a one-story enclosed porch on the front façade with a hipped roof, and a one-story wing on the rear elevation. The fenestration includes one-over-one windows, three-over-one windows, and a single leaf, multi-light, entry door offset on the façade with a concrete stoop and wrought iron railing.
