Additional Information: | 2016- "This two-and-one-half-story house was constructed c.1890. The front (west) facade and side (north) elevation are partially obscured by mature coniferous trees, making it difficult to photograph. The house has irregular massing, a hip with gable roof covered with asphalt shingles, artificial siding, and a rusticated concrete block foundation. It features two, one-story hip roof porches supported by columns: one spans a portion of the front facade and the second is located near the rear of the side (south) elevation. A two-story enclosed exterior staircase is located on the side elevation. Windows are a combination of replacement, one-over-one, double-hung sash and fixed picture windows with transoms. The property also includes a group of agricultural outbuildings located to the south and east of the farmhouse. The c.1890 side-gable bank barn (AHI No. 230816) is clad in vertical wood and has a c.1920 Gothic arch addition on the side (east) elevation. The property also features two c.1920 concrete silos, two c.1930 front gable corn cribs, a c.1940 side gable storage shed, and two other smaller outbuildings not visible from the right-of-way." -"Interstate Hwy I-39 & STH 60 Interchange", WisDOT #1012-01-04, Prepared by Mead & Hunt, Inc., (2016). 2022: Resurveyed, appearance unchanged.
