NOTES
Additional Information:
Bibliographic References:Assessment information notes a 1935 date of construction. 1936 tax roll, which records Grimm & Spriggs as owners, does not identify an improvement. their names are crossed off and the name of Dr. Davee is written in. As of the 1943 phone book the resident of the house is identified as Dr. Kalk and his wife May. The 1940 census lists both Dr. Kalk and Dr. Davee as residents on Oak Knoll but no street numbers are included. Tax rolls should be checked between 1937 and the early 1940s.
