Additional Information:2014- This 1-story Ranch house was constructed in 1951. It is irregular in plan with clapboard and glass walls and a flat roof
with wide overhanging eaves. The front elevation faces west and is asymmetrical in plan with a two-bay garage at the
northern end and a recessed front entrance at the southern end; the roof is recessed under a flat roof with a corner
support. A stone-veneered built-in planter runs along the south elevation below a bank of four single-pane, full-height
windows. A wide, stone-veneered chimney projects near the center of the roof.
