Additional Information:2014- This 1 1/2 story Minimal Traditional cottage was constructed in 1951. It is irregular in plan with stone veneer siding and an
asphalt-shingled gable roof. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in plan with a front-gabled projecting bay
at the center of the facade. The projecting bay has large picture windows at the southwest corner (one on the south wall,
one on the west) and a small glass block window near the southeast corner. A small1-over-1 window is located just
below the gable. The front door is located in the east wall of the front bay. An attached garage projects from the east
elevation. The wall below the east and west gables is clad in vinyl siding.
