Additional Information: | 2014- This 1 1/2 story Minimal Traditional cottage was constructed in 1951. It is irregular in plan with stone veneer siding and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in plan with a front-gabled projecting bay at the center of the facade. The projecting bay has large picture windows at the southwest corner (one on the south wall, one on the west) and a small glass block window near the southeast corner. A small1-over-1 window is located just below the gable. The front door is located in the east wall of the front bay. An attached garage projects from the east elevation.
