NOTES
Additional Information:2014- This 2-story Art Deco small office building was constructed c.1940. It is irregular in plan with red brick walls and a flat
roof. A large, asphalt-shingled Quonset hut addition projects from the rear elevation. The front elevation faces south and
is asymmetrical in plan with three distinct building masses. The largest of these is 2-stories tall and contains a glass entry
door with a transom window and stepped brickwork angled toward the door on each side; the doorway is sheltered by a
flat metal roof with curved corners. Picture windows are located on each side of the main entrance. The second story of
this building mass contains two picture windows and three 1-over-1 windows. East of this building mass is a 1-story mass
containing a central front door flanked by pairs of single-pane casement windows with a composition board surround. A
shorter building mass is located at the east end of the building; this contains a single entry door with overhead transom, a
picture window, and a 1-over-1 window.
