NOTES
Additional Information:This one-story commercial property was built c.1955. The walls are concrete block with stone veneer on the front (south)
facade, and the flat roof is surrounded by a parapet with ceramic tile coping. The main entrance is located at the east
side of the asymmetrical front facade. A flat metal awning spans the eastern half of the front facade and shelters a band
of fixed, single-light windows, one of which is protected by a grille. A stone veneer planter projects from the front facade
beneath the windows. The west elevation has no windows or doors, while the east elevation abuts an adjacent building.
A small polygonal bay on the rear (north) elevation contains a drive-up window and a rear entrance is located at the
northwest corner. The property is currently vacant.

The property is a modest example of a Modern commercial building.
