NOTES
Additional Information:2015 - This two-and-one-half-story, frame foursquare house was constructed in 1902. It has a square footprint, rubble stone foundation, wood clapboard siding, and a flared, asphalt-shingled hip roof with a center gable dormer. The front, east façade features a full-width, ashlar stone porch with a centered set of stairs. The porch’s hip roof is supported by grouped square wood posts and is embellished with a center pediment and wide, plain frieze board. The front entry is centered on the façade and consists of a wood panel door flanked by sidelights. A wood picture window is positioned to the left (south) of the door, while a two-over-two wood sash window is to the right (north). The second story of the façade contains three one-over-one wood sash windows. The gable dormer appears to have been re-sided and includes a set of three replacement one-over-one windows. The side elevations have paired two-over-two wood sash windows on the first story and one-over-one wood sashes on the second story. A one-story addition extends off the rear of the house. The property also includes two detached garages.
