NOTES
Additional Information:2015 - This one-and-one-half-story, frame Minimal Traditional house was constructed in 1948. It has a rectangular footprint, stone veneer foundation, wood clapboard siding, and an asphalt-shingled side gable roof. The front, east façade consists of an off-center projecting front gable containing the primary entry door and a three-sided bay with six-over-six wood sash windows. A stoop with a metal railing provides access to the door, which is adorned with a modest Classical surround. The set-back portion of the front façade, located to the left (south) of the entry door, contains a pair of six-over-six wood sash windows. The same windows are found elsewhere on the building, either individually or grouped in pairs. The south, side elevation includes a brick chimney, while the north, side elevation contains a secondary entry door. A detached garage is located directly west of the house.
