2009- "Situated at the corner of High and Washington streets, this two-story, brick, Neoclassical Revival style building sits on a rock-faced, coursed and cut-stone foundation. The building features face brick on its south and east facades. A molded, metal cornice and a broad limestone belt course, which divides the first and second stories, wrap around these elevations. Thinner sill courses found below the first-story transom openings and second-story window openings also wrap around the south and east facades. A brick parapet rises above the cornice. Located on the canted nmtheast corner, the entrance is framed by unfluted, Ionic columns that support an entablature. Incorporated within the belt course above the entablature is raised lettering spelling, Farmers & Traders. An additional entrance is found along the north elevation. Window openings contain brick in fill or modern fenestration with the exception of three transoms that retain their historic, leaded-glass windows. Openings on the second story feature splayed brick lintels with limestone keystones."
