Additional Information:PORCH WITH VOLUTES AND REAR ENTRY

Large house of two and one half stories with central hip roof and intersecting gables on north and south sides. Veranda has original turned posts, clapboard wall and shed roof. Front gable with window over entry at right side. Secondary entry in rear. Large volutes on porch appear in other buildings in Ashland, indicating a common source.

2017: Some new windows and a new spindled porch balustrade.
