Additional Information: | 1982: FINE EXAMPLE OF NYSTROM AND HANSON BUNGALOW Large clapboard bungalow with saltbox roof, the broad slope of which is pierced by wide shed dormer. Beneath, veranda is enclosed by clapboard wall and east rusticated cement blocks. Extension at rear. House of fine quality and represents good example of Ashland type of Bungalow known to be built during the 1920's. SIGNIFICANCE: Represents a fine example of bungalow found throughout City of Ashland with minor changes or options available. Many of these survive in good condition and might all be part of theme nomination recognizing local builder of 1920's. 2017: Vinyl siding, enclosed porch and new windows. |
