Additional Information: | 1982: This bungalow is in excellent condition and represents one of many similarly designed houses with the clapboard first story and shingled second story. This house features a symmetrical facade with 32/1 windows on sunporch and a hip roof dormer projecting from catslide roof. Note coursed shingles, rear veranda and original windows. 2017: first floor clapboard replaced with vinyl siding. Exposed rafters of the dormer removed with roof replacement. Wooden shingles remain on second floor and most windows original. |
