NOTES
Additional Information:Elaborate gable ornament; projecting cornice with paired brackets and dentil trim; round tower with conical roof; lower story rectangular bay window with three sided upper story window; projecting segmental arched brick window heads; oculus; stained glass windows, two-story rear addition; full-length screened porch supporting by Ionic columns; iron cresting. In the eclectic manner of the second half of the 19th century, decorative cut-out bargeboards ornament the ends of the cross-gables in this brick bracketed house influenced by the Italianate style. Also characterized by articulated window hoods, corbelled brick cornices, bay window, projecting bays, rear wings extending from the main block as well as the suggestion of towers add the element of irregularity to this Victorian Italianate House also influenced by the Queen Anne style. Although in need of maintenance, this historic house has retained all the elements of a very eclectic Victorian architectural structure as often seen in the late 19th century.
