Additional Information:PARTIALLY PROJECTING ENTRY. ROUND ARCH OVER DOUBLE DOORS. PAIRED ROUND ARCHED WINDOWS ON 3RD FLOOR OF ENTRY. TOWER W/MANSARD ROOF W/DORMERS. This eclectic Late Victorian style wooden building was built as a parochial school for the Zion Lutheran Church in 1897 to a design by local architect Julius C. Schultz. Since then, the school has been converted into apartments and the windows have been altered from vertical to oblong in orientation.
