SMALL RECESSED PORCH ON 2ND FLR,PEDIMENT OVER ENTRY PORCH, TURNED PORCH POLES. House has cut stone foundation that is now clad in stucco.

R.W. Mills was a successful grain buyer in partnership in the firm of Mills & Albiston during the 1870s and later. He was also the brother of Job Mills (see 107-111 S. Main St.).
