RUSTICATED ARCH, HORIZONTAL COURSES OFRUSTICATED STONE, BRICK FRIEZE W/ DENTILS. Much of the historic cast iron-framed storefront is still intact behind the later alterations. Side walls are clad in cream brick, cut stone foundation walls. Says "Mills Block" in name block centered on the cornice. A large addition was added to the rear of the building in 1902.

The building was built for Job Mills in 1895 and the right hand (south) store was the Lodi post office for many years.
