"This Free-Style Queen Anne home also shows elements of the later Colonial Revival style in the simple Tuscan columns supporting the porch. Sam and Lena Everson first occupied this house in 1903. Sam was Lodi's postmaster under Teddy Roosevelt. The original house occupying this spot burned, but the 1884 coach house at the back of the property still survives."
