MODIFIED PALLADIAN WINDOW IN FRONT GABLE, RECESSED PORCH ON 2ND FLR, POLYGONAL TOWER ON CNR, PORCH ACROSS FRONT W/ DECORATIVE SKIRT. Now (1999) reclad in vinly/aluminum narrow guage siding. Cut stone foundation. The house was designed and built in 1899 for Lodi attorney Samuel H. Watson by local architect and contractor Carl C. Menes.
