Was originally constructed in 1913 as an Odd Fellows Lodge. Was substantially remodelled in 1934 by Stanhope. FULL PEDIMENT, SQUARE COLUMNS AND PILASTERS, ROUND ARCHED WINDOW HOODS. Listed on the National Register as part of the Public Library Facilities of Wisconsin MPS.

As of December 1998, there are no plans to remodel or relocate the library. (B).
