Additional Information:The shed roof dormer includes two windows with pedimented lintels; gable roof dormers open the rest of the attic story under the concave mansard roof; molded cornices; the side lights along the main entrance are filled; canted bay with brackets and dentils; more recent screened porch replaces earlier one, cupola removed.

Dormers have been added to the front of the building, the full-facade porch has been replaced, and the cupola has been removed.
