Additional Information:this alrge rectangular plan foursquare stucco house has a flared hip roof pierced by dormers and a symmetrical front facade marked by an oculus window and a massive Bungaloid sunporch.
Bibliographic References:Evident on the 1923 Sanborn map; similar to the house at 801 Chapple, which was built between 1916 and 1920. The Sandstroms purchased the parcel on 20 November 1914 (Vol. 107, page 392, Doc. #47060). The Sandstroms are not listed at this address until the 1917 city directory. Of note, John Sandstrom was a contractor.
