Additional Information:November 2003-Constructed c. 1909, this house displays the American Foursquare style with Prairie style influences. It features battered concrete walls at the front façade, several brick chimneys, and belt courses above and below the second story windows and above the brick water table. The hipped roof has wide eaves and flat roof dormers on the front and rear. Window types vary, including one over one, double hung, casement, and fixed. The flat roof front porch displaying brick columns has been enclosed with modern windows and is incorporated into the building#25;s massing. A historic one story flat roof addition is located at the rear, along with a single bay garage.
