Additional Information: | 1977: Patty's Place/the Wolf Den 2012: Remodeled for use as apartments. 2013 New Holstein Survey results: Contributing element in the potentially eligible Market Square Commercial Historic District. Built in 1912, the John Voigt Commercial Block was home to both a physician and several dentists in its early years; as well, it was the location of the New Holstein Post Office starting in 1919. Although the structure has been remodeled for apartment use, the second floor of the building remains largely intact. |
