Bibliographic References:The lot was purchased in 1904 by M.A.Nohl (79/468, #21872). The Nohls do not appear in city directories at this address until 1909-1910. They were definitively not there in 1905-06. The Nohls remained there until selling in 1922 (122/502, #68622).
