Long, low symmetrical red brick building in Georgian Revival style that feartures tall rectangular windows on the ground level and five pedimented roof dormers projecting from the pedimented roof dormers projecting from the gable roof. Building is very similar in style to a Georgian revival house on 822 Chapple Avenue (22-31).
